Translations as separate extensions in future
Starting with version XX.XX.20140901, the MAIN-TOOL and MAIN-TOOL Mobile translations will be provided in separate extensions for each language. From now on, these must be installed in addition to the MAIN-TOOL and MAIN-TOOL Mobile extensions so that the respective language is available. The translations are maintained and edited in the GLI Translation Tool, offering us the benefits of a centralized and standardized translation with fully automated provision.
WO Posting to G/L - Value Entries with Adjustment
In the past, settlement items were not taken into account by the automatic cost posting. By restructuring the automatic cost posting and introducing the new table “Post order value entries to G/L account”, the correction of this error was implicitly included. As a result, all order value entries are now automatically posted to the financial accounting (if desired).

Automatic cost posting had to be re-implemented in the purchasing area in connection with the work order, as Business Central did not provide the option of continuing to use the posting routines used in the past. For this purpose, Microsoft has provided a corresponding event with the required parameters as of version BC25. As of this version, there is a new table “Post order value entries to G/L account”, in which the entries to be posted to the financial accounting are stored. After posting, the entries in this table are cleared.
Work Order - Work Order should not deletable if there is an existing Sales Quote
A check has been added when deleting work orders, which checks whether there are purchase or sales documents for the work order and thus prevents deletion.

A function has been added that allows you to select and apply technical objects in the system information center.
MaintWorkplannerCue - Filter Statusvalue Overdued Work Orders
In the work preparation role center, only those work orders with a status of Execution or lower were taken into account for the “Overdue orders” batch. This meant that, among other things, orders whose status was “In progress” were not counted. There is now a new filter field for this in the role center setup (Overdue status area), the value of which has been pre-assigned to “100..269”.
The third placeholder for the BodyText_Msg in codeunit 5004664 “GLI Opening Work Order” is not transferred correctly
If an e-mail was sent to the responsible department in the past, the text of the e-mail did not contain any information in the work order header as to who this order was assigned to if the person responsible was not assigned. In this case, the responsible department now appears in the text. If the person responsible is assigned, this person appears in the e-mail text.
Item Charge Assignment - Functions in Purchase Assignment - Work Order Transfer
When assigning a surcharge by proposal, the order no. was not transferred to the surcharge line when assigning the quantity. This has now been fixed.

In the "Order conflicts" info box, which can be found in the order overview, for example, it was possible to select the "Show suggested solutions" action, even if there were no conflicts. The option to create conflicts manually has been completely removed.
Transfer Work Plan Data – Copylines
The work plan lines from the work plan could not be transferred to the work order lines because an uninitialized data record was incorrectly evaluated due to a standardization of the program code. After using the correct data record, the transfer works correctly again.
Mobile - Error during Sync if Phys. Inv. Line without Location and Posting= true
When synchronizing a recorded inventory without a storage location, an error message appeared on the mobile device stating that the warehouse '' could not be found. The error always occurred if the user device is set up so that the phys. inventory journal line should be posted during synchronization.
The system now only determines the storage location if it has been entered in the inventory entry on the mobile device.
EIC - Problem with doubled Tree Lines
An error has been fixed in the equipment informationcenter that caused lines to be displayed and marked twice.
Sales Line - Quote - Work Order Status Check
The work order status previously had to have at least the value “Execution” in order to create a sales offer. This status is too high. It must be possible to submit an offer to a customer for a certain activity as early as the planning phase so that the work order can simply be deleted again if it is not commissioned.
Select No. Series Report does not recognize manual No. Series selection
In some areas of MAIN-TOOL, the dialog for determining/selecting the number series is used. If no default number series was defined in the respective use case, it was possible to select a number series via the dialog, but the system did not take this selection into account. This either resulted in the activity being aborted or an error message was displayed stating that no valid number series had been selected.

By adding the multi-selection in the equipment-informationcenter, incorrect detailed information on the technical objects was displayed under certain circumstances.

The new event "OnQuantityToAssignOnAfterValidateOnAfterGetAndCheckAssignmentsWorkOrder" has been implemented to extend the functionality in the area of surcharges/discounts in connection with a work order. The parameters provided can be used to edit the associated purchase line and also prevent further processing via the IsHandled parameter.
There should be the possibility to reset the Userlayout inside the Equipment Information Center
It is now possible to reset the user-defined layout of the equipment-informationcenter to the default values. To do this, go to the equipment-informationcenter under Actions, Users and select the “Reset user-defined layout” action.
Equipment Information Center Actions should be promoted/removed
The action menu in the equipment-informationcenter has been adapted so that central actions are now available directly in the master data ribbon. The "Duplicate" action ("&Duplicate"), which is superfluous for the equipment-informationcenter, has been removed from the action menu.
