Optional fields are

The last two fields can be pre-assigned if the work order category has been set up accordingly, but can be overwritten by clicking on the pencil icon.
By clicking on the 3 horizontal dots in the footer of the AdHoc Work Order, it is possible to
- "Add Rows" to document the item and/or resource consumption,

- view and edit "Added AdHoc Work Orders".
Adding Item Feedback in the AdHoc Work Order
After clicking on "Add Row", "Item" is selected in the "Type" field and then, on creating a Feedback, the withdrawal of an Item number from a storage location is saved with a quantity specification. The field can be edited using the pencil icon or, where available, by scanning a barcode (barcode icon).
Adding Resource Feedback in the AdHoc Work Order
After clicking on "Add row" or saving a previously entered row, "Resource" is selected in the "Type" field and then the number of the resource, the selection of the work type and an indication of the required resource units of measure are saved on creating a feedback. The field can be edited using the pencil icon or, where available, by scanning a barcode (barcode icon).
View recorded feedback lines
If feedback rows have been entered for an AdHoc Work Order, they can be viewed in the AdHoc Work Order by clicking on "Recorded rows" and, after selecting a row, edited or deleted by clicking on it.
Click on "Edit" to open the corresponding input screen, which can be edited.
Viewing created ad hoc orders
If AdHoc Work Orders have been created and saved, they can be viewed, edited or deleted until synchronization by clicking on "Added AdHoc Work Orders".
AdHoc Work Orders after synchronization
After synchronization, an AdHoc Work Order is saved in the list of orders in MAIN-TOOL and automatically set to the status "In Progress". In addition, the person in charge is entered in the work order, which is stored in the user's "Mobile Setup".
This means that after synchronization, the person in charge will see the AdHoc Work Order in the "My Work Orders" list.
