The MAIN-TOOL Mobile App supports inventory with mobile devices.
In order for the tile to be displayed in the mobile app, the inventory must be enabled in the mobile user setup in BC.
The counted items can be recorded by clicking on the "Inventory" tile in the MAIN-TOOL app main menu.
Depending on the configuration of the user device, the "Location" field may already be predefined.
The display and checking of the "Bin" field depends on the "Bin mandatory" setting of the respective location.
The classic process is always carried out:
- By specifying the "Location"
- and, if applicable, a "Bin"
- the "Quantity in base unit" is entered in one of the "Units of Measure"
- that may be stored of the "Item No." to be selected.
An automatic conversion to the defined base unit takes place.
The details are then saved by clicking on "Save". Until synchronization, all entered details can be changed or deleted by clicking on the inventory menu button in the "Already added" menu.
