This function can be used to record the Stock Receipt of "released" orders for items of type "Item" using the mobile device.
First, the "Purchase Order No." must be selected, which automatically enters all supplier information.
Under "Validation", you can then see which items have been ordered and whether the mobile recording of the stock receipt is complete.
Only when all relevant order lines have been entered and confirmed can the stock receipt of the purchase order be reported by clicking on "Received".
Editing the order lines
- Item information on the order number and the predefined "Location", which cannot be changed, are displayed at the top.
- If the "Bin" field is displayed, a bin specification is required for the item according to the warehouse setup. If the field is already filled, this has been predefined. If the pencil symbol is displayed, this can still be changed.
All subsequent quantity specifications refer to the base unit entered in the "Unit" field:
- The "Order Quantity" is the total quantity of the item order stored in BC.
- The "Outstanding Quantity" is the quantity that has not yet been delivered. In the case of a partial delivery, this can only be less than the "Order Quantity".
- The actual quantity of stock received must be entered under "Quantity act. shipment". This cannot be greater than the "Outstanding Quantity". If the "Quantity act. shipment" corresponds to the "Outstanding Quantity", the "Complete" field can simply be activated without specifying a quantity, but only for items without item tracking.
To complete the order line, it is necessary to "Complete" that the information is correct.
Changes can then only be made again by clicking on "Cancel confirmation".
- Only when all order lines have been entered and the correctness of the lines has been confirmed can the stock receipt of the order be reported by clicking on "Received".
Note:
MAIN-TOOL is designed as an offline app. It is therefore recommended to ensure in the process flow that the stock receipt for an order is only recorded once.
