Three different logs can be evaluated to check for errors.
- User logs by searching for “Anveo User Protocol”.
- Server logs of the Anveo Server by searching for “Anveo Log"
- A user-specific log in the MAIN-TOOL Mobile app for synchronization by clicking on the “User information” menu button and then “Error logs”.
Anveo User Protocol
When setting up the Anveo user, the fields “Anveo User Protocol Level” and “Logging Level” in the “Additional Settings” tab allow you to enable/disable different levels of detail of the user protocol. For analysis purposes, it is recommended to assign the value “Development” to both fields.
Server logs for the Anveo Server are disabled by default to improve performance. By searching for "Anveo Mobile App Setup", the log can be enabled in the "Logging" tab.
Note: It is recommended that you enable the server protocol only when it is needed.
