The "User Setup" is a menu item of the "Mobile Setup" and allows you to make user-specific settings. Click on "User Setup" to open the "Mobile User Extension List". After selecting a "Mobile User", its settings can be opened by clicking on "Manage" and then "Edit".
It is not possible to manually create "Mobile Users". When an "Anveo User" is created, a "Mobile User" is automatically created. Changes to the "Anveo User" are transferred automatically.
If "Anveo Users" are not displayed, the list of users can be updated by clicking on the "Update User" button.
Some displayed fields are transferred by the "Anveo User" and cannot be edited.

Data Gathering Enabled:

Note:
- "Data Gathering" refers to the creation of Component Addresses, Object Locations, Vehicles and Technical Components, with assignment of a class, component group, manufacturer code, data sheet template and a photo with description.
- It is not possible to create and edit technical specifications for data sheet templates or data sheets.
- It is not possible to assign the technical object within an asset structure.
Stock Receipt
Stock Receipt Enabled:
Enables the stock receipt on the user's mobile device.
Allow Bin Overweight:
When activated, an overweight of Bins will be allowed. If not activated, an overweight will cause an error during synchronisation.
Reveive Stock Receipt:
When activated, purchase orders are delivered automatically.
Stock Transfer
Stock Transfer Enabled:
Enables the stock transfer on the user's mobile device.
Post intern Stock Transfer:
When activated, internal stock transfers are posted automatically.
Stock Transfer Inventory Journal Template:
Template for Item Journal to use for Stock Transfer.
Stock Transfer Journal Batch:
Name for the Item Journal to use in Stock Transfer.
Stock Transfer Nos.:
Required Information of the Number Series for the Stock Transfer.
In-Transit Code:
Specifies the in-transit code for the transfer order, such as a shipping agent.
Errors that may have occurred during synchronization can be displayed using the "Mobile User Errors" function in the "Mobile User Extension Card". The display corresponds to the "Error log" in the "User Information" of the mobile device.
