The creation of a work order via the equipment information center is an effective and simple way, as both the identification of the relevant technical object in the equipment structure is facilitated and a number of data from the technical object are automatically transferred to the work order.
For this purpose, the relevant technical object must only be marked in the equipment structure and by clicking on “Create new Activity”, “Create Work Order” a new Work Order will be created directly
The number series query can simply be confirmed with “Yes” if only one work order number series exists, otherwise the number series in question must be selected.
The work order is created, the card page view is opened for further editing and the technical object is already assigned, whereby “Reference Object”, “Detail No.”, “Detail Description” in the “General” tab and “Cost Center Code” in the “Accounting” tab have already been filled in automatically.
