The special feature of a standing order is that it is not reported finished in order to be able to make continuous postings of working hours and material consumptions for “general workshop activities”, for example.
To mark a standing order, the “Standing Order” sliding field exists in the “General” tab. Apart from this marking, this field has no other function.
It is recommended to remove the execution date in the “Appointments” tab if the standing order is not to be displayed in the Role Center. If a standing order is to be completed at some point, e.g. at the end of the year, it can be finalized and completed identically to all other orders.
