It may happen, for example, that only after an urgent malfunction has been rectified is it possible to start recording the “maintenance activity” that has already been completed in order to be able to post working hours and material consumption and to document the process. The appropriate procedure for this is described below:
- Marking the relevant technical object in the equipment information center and clicking on “Create new Activity”, “Create Work Order” for automatic Assignment of the technical object, otherwise creation of a new work order in the list of work orders by clicking the “New” button.
- Description and entry of all relevant input fields for this work order.
- Recording of the expenses in the “Lines” tab.
- Changing Status to „Execution“.
- „Reporting as Planned“ (after click on „Process“).
- Changing Status to „Finished“, after also completing the „Activity“, „Accounting“ and „Appointments“ tabs according to internal requirements.
