Example „simple“ Checklist without Range of Value Specification
This example explains a simple checklist task where a freely editable text is later expected as a result, for example to query an evaluation of an external service in 3 words.
A new checklist task must be created. It must be defined, which type of feedback is expected for the selection of the data type and to formulate the text. For Example:
As a result, a text can be edited individually without any restriction in terms of content or length, except that the result field cannot be left empty.
Example „simple“ Checklist with Range of Value Specification
This example explains a simple checklist task with a range of values, where a selection of a predefined range of values is later expected as a result, for example to query a rating of an external service on a scale from 1 to 6 according to the school mark principle.
For this purpose „Text“ must be selected as the Data Type and a new range of values must be created, if not existing yet.
Clicking on „New“ in the drill-down menu opens the input field for a new value range. Here, the date type „Text“ must also be selected and then the school marks must be entered line by line as a range of values.
Example „complex“ Checklist with Object Monitoring
In the following example, a checklist task is to be created, where an operating hours counter value is to be responded. For this purpose, a corresponding object monitoring template must be selected and assigned in the “Monitoring Template Code” column.
Clicking on „Select from full list“ in the drill-down-menu opens the list of the object monitoring templates.
Creation of the „complex“ checklist task completed:
Note:
- This checklist task can only be used for Component Addresses or Technical Components where a corresponding object monitoring line has already been added, i.e. the assignment between technical object and object monitoring template has been made.
- As no object monitoring template can be added to a mounting position, an assignment of a “complex” checklist task to a mounting position is not possible.
