One or more checklist tasks can be included into an instruction independently of a technical object or directly in the work order using the “Texts” function. (First the integration with technical object is described:)
With search for „Instructions“ the list of same name can be opened:
Clicking on „New“ opens a new instruction:
In the field „Code“ the designation code of the Instruction must be entered.
It is recommended, to activate the sliding field „First Textline as Description“ and to write the Description of the instruction in the first line.
The Entry in the “Lines” info tab is made from left to right:
- „Position“ must be selected in the „Instruction Type“ field, to be able to select a checklist task in the following field.
- In the field „Task No.“ an existing checklist task can be selected. If the checklist task has yet to be created, the field can be left blank for the time being.
- In the "Text" field, either the stored text from the existing checklist task number is now displayed or a new text can be entered.
- A check mark can be placed in the "Mandatory" field if the feedback for the checklist task is to be mandatory to report (the work order) „Finished“.
If the checklist task has yet to be created, the “Task No.” field is still empty. If the checklist task is to be used later, it can be assigned the next free checklist task number using the “Transfer to Task” function (see “Manage”)
By clicking on „Select from full list” in the “Task No.” drill-down-menu, the new checklist task is opened in the “Checklist Tasks” list and can be completely set up regarding data type, range of values code and monitoring template code.
