Work Order Planning and Planned Costs in the Work Order Budget

The following applies: Budgets and budget positions cannot be debited directly. There must be at least one associated work order.

In principle, all work orders can be linked to a budget or budget position. If the link is created, all costs that are posted to this work order will also be included in the budget.

Below is an example of a work order, in which “plan lines” have been created and links to the “Budget Name” and the corresponding “Budget Position No.” have been created in the “Accounting” tab.

The „Planned Lines“ shown above can be calculated as “Planning Costs” in the budget.

For this purpose, the columns shown below must be displayed. By clicking on “More Options”, “Navigate”, “Function”, then “Calculate planned work order lines”, the calculation can be made with the function of the same name.

With the personalization function, many additional columns can be displayed, in which e.g. amounts incl. overhead costs are taken into account.
